Attorney Marc Rovner serves as general counsel and director of business development for BETA Abstract LLC in Oceanside, New York. Opened in late summer 2016, the US Bank Stadium is the latest addition to the NFL’s roster of venues. Located in downtown Minneapolis, the stadium is home to the Minnesota Vikings and seats over 66,000 and covers 137,000 square feet. The stadium is a remarkable building, with a roof composed of a transparent ETFE structure, giving the inside an open-air feel without allowing in Minnesota’s famous temperamental weather.

In fact, the building itself features nearly 200,000 square feet of glass, and fans are encouraged to bring sunglasses on sunny days. US Bank Stadium includes several other unique features, including five 95-feet high pivoting glass doors that open to the outside. The stadium is also equipped with LED lighting that allows for state-of-the-art pre-game and halftime entertainment options.
